Appointment Cancellation Policy
At 4to7 massage we understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. Unavoidable business or family-related situations can occur prompting a need for last minute changes in schedule. However, once an appointment is booked, the time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be booked for another client. Cancellations with less than 24-hours' notice are particularly difficult to fill and result in unpaid time for the therapist.
In an effort to be effective as well as fair to all clients, and out of consideration for the therapist’s time, the following policy shall be in place:
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are assessed a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
Appointments canceled within 2 hours of the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
No Call/No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
Cancellation fees can be avoided in one of the following three ways:
Provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.
Provide a substitute guest in your place to receive the same scheduled service.
Appointments canceled but rescheduled within 3 business days will not be assessed a cancellation fee (subject to availability). Please note, canceled appointments may only be rescheduled once and cannot become habitual. Please respect this gesture.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by email, text, or phone call. Cancellation fees will be assessed based on time stamp regardless of when we respond. Every effort will be made to send appropriately-timed reminders to assist you in keeping track of your scheduled service. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you!
